Yesterday I published a “What I’m Watching” post about a likeable young fella who goes by the name PneumaChris and his two Subaru project cars. What I’m Watching: Pneuma Chris (Subaru content)
Whilst doing one of my usual lurking sessions on Retro Rides, I stumbled upon a thread about a Subaru Brumby (Brat). I thought the car looked pretty cool, and then noticed the thread author dropping some links to his YouTube videos. Once I found my way around his channel, I really liked what I saw (or watched). Not only is there the aforementioned Brumby, but there’s also an SVX getting some love in the form of a custom fitted 180SX body kit. Chris’ on-screen persona is really easy to watch, being a likeable young brit who is just giving it a go and getting his hands dirty. I’m really enjoying following his exploits and hope you will too. Honda CB350 “The Brat”
Not only does Rex Havoc have an insanely cool name, he also makes up one half of the bike building duo Garage Project Motorcycles. Just yesterday he sent me a link to a bike they call “The Brat”, which was completed a in a few short months at the beginning of the year. An accidental eBay bid saw a standard CB350 fall into their possession, so the only ethical thing to do is strip it down and build it back up to be 1000% cooler than it ever could have dreamed, right? Every time I see a stunning classic-styled bike like this, it fuels the fire inside me that burns for one of these two-wheeled pieces of art. One day…
